upid_to_deployment_name
Gets the Kubernetes Deployment Name for the process with the given Unique Process ID (UPID). If the given process doesn't have an associated Kubernetes Deployment, this function returns an empty string
Returns: STRING
The Kubernetes Deployment Name for the UPID passed in.
